Getting Started
How do I upload a file?
1. Visit the homepage
2. Agree to the Terms of Service by checking the box
3. Drag and drop your file or click to browse
4. Wait for the upload to complete
5. Copy your shareable links
What file types are supported?
We support almost all file types including images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP), videos (MP4, AVI, MOV), documents (PDF, DOC, TXT), archives (ZIP, RAR), and more. For security reasons, we do not allow executable files (.exe, .bat, .app, .apk) to protect users from malware.
What is the maximum file size?
You can upload files up to 2GB (2,048 MB) in size. Files larger than this will be rejected automatically.
Sharing Files
How do I share my uploaded file?
After uploading, you'll receive two types of links:
- Download Page: A user-friendly page with file info and download button
- Direct Image URL: (For images only) Direct link for embedding in websites, Discord, etc.
Can I track how many times my file was downloaded?
Yes! The download page shows the total number of downloads for your file. This counter updates each time someone views or downloads the file.
Is there a password protection option?
Currently, we don't offer password protection. Files are secured through unique, unguessable share tokens. Only people with the exact link can access your file.
Storage & Expiration
How long are files stored?
Free files are automatically deleted after 90 days. This helps us maintain our free service for everyone.
Can I keep my file forever?
Yes! You can upgrade to permanent storage for a one-time $5 payment. Permanent files never expire and keep the same sharing links forever.
What happens after 90 days?
Free files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. The sharing links will no longer work. Make sure to save or download important files before they expire.
Security & Privacy
Is my file secure?
Yes! Files are stored with industry-standard encryption and secured with unique, unguessable tokens. Only people with the exact link can access your file.
Do you scan or look at my files?
We do not manually review files unless abuse is reported. We use automated security scanning to detect malware and viruses for everyone's safety. We respect your privacy and don't access file contents for any other purpose.
What information do you collect?
We collect minimal information: file metadata (name, size, type), IP addresses for abuse prevention, and basic analytics. We do NOT require registration or collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Troubleshooting
Upload failed or stuck?
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure file is under 2GB
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
"Rate limit exceeded" error?
We have upload limits to prevent abuse: 10 files per hour, 50 files per day per IP address. Wait for the time period to reset and try again.
File not found or expired?
Free files are automatically deleted after 90 days. If you see this error, the file may have expired or been removed for policy violations.
Blocked file type error?
For security reasons, we don't allow executable files (.exe, .bat, .app, .apk, etc.). This protects all users from malware. Try uploading documents, images, videos, or archives instead.
Policies & Reporting
What content is not allowed?
We prohibit: illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, malware, adult content, violence, hate speech, spam, and deceptive content. See our Terms of Service for the complete list.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Every file download page has a "Report This File" button. Select the violation type and submit. We review all reports promptly and take action within 24-48 hours.
DMCA Copyright Claims
For copyright infringement claims, please use our official DMCA process. Include file URL, your contact info, and proof of ownership.
