- Do plans auto-renew?
- Subscriptions (monthly + yearly) renew automatically until you cancel. One-time plans (Bulk Foldr, Pro One-Time, Spaces One-Time, Permanent Single File) do not auto-renew.
- What happens to my files when a one-time plan ends?
- Bulk Foldrs are renewable for 30 days after expiry — same flat fee, +30 days, files preserved. After that 30-day window, files are permanently deleted. Pro One-Time and Spaces One-Time become inaccessible at the end of the term; switch to a subscription to keep your files online.
- Will I get a warning before something expires?
- Bulk Foldrs send a 7-day and 1-day expiry warning email when you provided an email at purchase. Subscriptions email you on payment failures. Pro One-Time and Spaces One-Time include the term length on every receipt — save it for reference.
- Can I switch from one-time to a subscription later?
- Yes. Buy any subscription anytime — your files remain online as long as the new subscription is active.
- Refunds?
- Email hello@foldr.space within 7 days of purchase if something didn't work as expected.
