Selecting "monthly" creates a Stripe subscription so the donor is charged automatically each month until they cancel.

Yes. A year-end tax receipt email can be auto-generated from the donor's giving history on the nonprofit plan.
Can donors cover processing fees?
Yes. Enable the "cover fees" toggle and the donation amount is grossed up so your nonprofit receives the full intended amount.
